Getting Started: Our Simple 5-Step Process
Estimate & Planning
We’ll start with a conversation about your project—what you need, who it’s for, and how we can help. From there, we’ll provide a detailed estimate with pricing for each service. We can also include printing and hosting estimates if needed, but you’re welcome to work with any provider you choose.
Estimate Details:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin design work, with the balance due upon final proof or within 30 days.
- One round of changes is included; additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
- Ownership of final paid-in-full designs belongs to you.
- All estimates are confidential, and payment plans can be discussed if needed.
Placing Your Order
Ready to move forward? Simply sign and return the estimate agreement via email along with your deposit. Please provide any necessary materials upfront to keep things moving smoothly.
Scheduling & Timelines
Once we have everything we need, we’ll provide a project timeline. Turnaround times depend on the project size and complexity. Timely feedback on proofs ensures we stay on schedule.
The Design Process
This is where the magic happens! For small updates, we’ll provide a proof for quick approval. For larger projects, we’ll present two or more concepts, explaining our design approach and welcoming your feedback. Final files will be delivered via email or Dropbox in the formats you need.
Final Approval & Delivery
Once you’ve approved the final design and completed payment, we’ll send your files, print materials, or website assets to their final destination. If applicable, we’ll upload your website files to your hosting provider.
Terms & Payment Details
- A 50% deposit is required to start work. For larger projects, payments may be split into thirds.
- One set of revisions is included; additional changes may incur extra costs.
- If payment is not received, work may be paused, and unpaid designs remain the property of Connection Group. Legal action may be taken for outstanding balances.
- Clients are responsible for any bank fees due to returned checks or declined payments.
Retainers & Ongoing Services
For monthly service agreements, payment is due in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice after fulfilling the annual contract. If there are concerns with our services, please notify us within 10 days so we can work toward a resolution.
Website Hosting & Domain Services
- Hosting accounts are prepaid annually and must be kept current to avoid suspension.
- Clients will receive email notifications before renewal. If you wish to cancel, written notice is required.
- Prices may be adjusted annually.
